This module will cover aligning (mapping) the cleaned sequencing reads from Module 04 against the prepared reference genome from Module 05, and producing a sorted, indexed alignment file.
Detailed exercises, concepts, and commands for this module will be added once the scientific workflow for this stage has been finalised with your supervisor — following the same concept / task / hint / solution / check-yourself structure used in Module 01.
