This module will cover read trimming and filtering to remove adapter sequence and low-quality bases identified in Module 03, and re-running quality control afterwards to confirm the cleaning worked as intended.
Detailed exercises, concepts, and commands for this module will be added once the scientific workflow for this stage has been finalised with your supervisor — following the same concept / task / hint / solution / check-yourself structure used in Module 01.
