This module will cover the indexing and preparation steps a reference genome typically needs before reads can be mapped to it, building directly on the reference FASTA obtained and inspected in Module 01.
Detailed exercises, concepts, and commands for this module will be added once the scientific workflow for this stage has been finalised with your supervisor — following the same concept / task / hint / solution / check-yourself structure used in Module 01.
